An Installation with 5 projections in a 1 min loop. Each showing 1 member of the De Bruin-Heijn family. A Dutch collectors family that has supported the artist while residing in the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten residency programme. In a certain time interval a mechanical shutter simultaneously interrupts the projections. Thus the projections fall on phosphor-impregnated paper the images slowly start to fade away. After a while the shutter moves back into its original position and phosphorus paper is again recharged.
